Project overview
Teaching is multifaceted, requiring a wide range of knowledge and skills that include difficult and soft skills.
Many studies have shown that students learn more than they have role models to look for and motivate so that they can be inspired and guided accordingly, so the teaching process in higher education needs a lot of attention.
The aim of the project is to develop three intellectual outputs:
1) “Academic Management”
2) “Developing thinking skills”
3) Establishment of a “motivation system for academic staff”.
